ATAF-Support - The ATAF-Support program is a FREE online web database application that can handle online support request. The ATAF-Support program is used on this site.

ATAF-support runs on IIS 4.0/5.0 server or a Linux server with Chilli ASP installed

The ATAF-Support has 4 forms

* A support form where the user can raise a support request
* A reply form where the help desk can answer support questions
* A view form where the users can read the answer
* A Knowledgebase search form

The ATAF-Support application automatic notifies users and helpdesk by when changes are made or questions are updated.
ATAF-support is parameter controlled so you can easy setup :

Company Name
The support Email address
Program description
Keywords
List of programs
Program versions
Page headers and footers
All this is done in the settings.asp no need for you to change any ASP or HTML code

The program is tested in the best way I could manage, but there no warranty on the software it self. I will try, as quickly to correct any bugs in the program, but because I am programming this in my free time, there can be some delays in the updates.

All drivers Etc. for ATAF are provide, copyrighted and licensed from � Microsoft Corporation under the license agreement for � Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.

You can freely distribute the program if you do not change the content of the zip files.

ATAF is a shareware version, witch means that you can try the program for free in a 30 days evaluation period, after this period you have to delete the program or buy it.

A full version will include free updates and fixes within the third version level (Exp. 5.0.x) from the ATAF homepage.
